The Cabinet is, by far, the largest provider of social services in the state. We look forward to providing all Cabinet offices with the same excellent service we have provided to hospitals, schools and court systems.”
Cathy Cox, LEP Language Access Section Supervisor for the CHFS, says, “The Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services is committed to ensuring that all Kentuckians have meaningful access to the programs and services of the Cabinet in a timely, efficient manner regardless of limited English proficiency. Toward this end, the Cabinet’s Language Access Section works to minimize or eliminate language barriers by
providing qualified interpreters for the Cabinet’s clients. We are pleased that Accipio Language Services has joined us in our work to provide the best services possible to our clients by becoming one of the Cabinet’s Qualified Community Partner Organizations.”
